Photovoltaic contracting

We produce solar energy, you get cheap electricity in the long term

Leave your roof to us and we shall manage it for you. We shall set up and operate the photovoltaic system on your building and feed the electricity generated into the building and the public grid.

You profit from the solar energy yield at a contractually agreed electricity price – with no risk on your part. During the entire term of the roof usage contract and also after it expires, we offer you the opportunity to take over and continue to operate the system yourself at a predefined price.

There are only positives!

  • The entire risk lies with the contractor
  • We cover all investment and maintenance costs
  • Your currently undeveloped roof is put to use and yields income
  • Cheap solar power in the long term
  • Your company will benefit from an image boost, which can be used for marketing purposes

A future with solar energy!

Advancements in solar energy technology – and the desire to use it – have never been as strong as they are today. There is no going back now – awareness of the need to develop and promote alternative forms of energy in order to reduce dependence on fossil fuels and make better use of low-emission or even zero-emission energies is widespread. The power of the sun’s rays can be harnessed over small and large areas, and the electricity this generates offers a range of advantages. Energy generated from the sun’s rays is clean and guarantees long-term sustainability – and contributes to the reduction of CO2 emissions.

Is your roof suitable?

In principle, all pitched and flat roofs from a size of 1000 m2 with substantial roof cladding are suitable for solar contracting. Our experts will be happy to carry out a thorough check of your roof to assess whether itis suitable for solar panel installation.

Do you have a smaller roof and do not want to invest money yourself? Then get in touch with us – we offer financing solutions for such cases.

We develop your project

Our specialists will check the feasibility of installing solar panels on your roof, develop the technical concept and negotiate with various contracting providers on your behalf to find the best solution. Our experienced project developers and legal experts also take care of contract management.

Rights and obligations between lessee and lessor

All the rights and obligations of the parties involved are contractually protected and regulated in the roof usage contract. Helion develops the project and mediates between the roof owner and the contractor. The contractor is the authorised user of the roof for the contractually agreed duration of usage and is responsible for financing the system. Helion takes care of installing, operating and maintaining the solar panel system. During the entire term of the roof usage contract and also after it expires, you have the right to take over and continue to operate the system yourself at a predefined price. If the photovoltaic system is no longer to be used, it is dismantled, and the original roof is restored.

Operation over the entire contract term

Helion takes over the monitoring and maintenance of the photovoltaic system for the entire contract term. Any faults are rectified, and repairs carried out quickly by our service specialists. We use products that enable us to conclude long-term maintenance contracts and guarantee reliable performance of the solar power installation.
